Facing the hypocrisy of capitalism in its late imperialist phase and its plans for re-colonization, intellectuals and artists in defense of humanity are speaking out against the criminal blockade of heroic Cuba.
This blockade, the longest and harshest known in the history of humanity, seeks to render the people of Cuba through hunger and disease to their knees – as has been confessed by a high official of the United States. They have not achieved this nor will they be able to thanks to Cuba’s systems of justice and social protection.
Cuba is an example of dignity, resistance and moral reserve in the face of the increasingly voracious and consumerist appetite of capitalism. Cuba continues to build its revolution day by day while spreading love for the people of the world with its supportive internationalism.
There will be no blockade that can block the social and political emancipation that Cuba has achieved and there will be no blockade that can block its defense of humanity!
No to the neocolonial and imperialist blockade!
